| Daniella‘s interest in fitness began when she took up kickboxing in 1998. In 2003, her voluntary work with a local university lead to her take an NVQ2 in Exercise with Music allowing her to teach aerobics and circuit classes. Her kickboxing continued and, in 2004, she achieved her 1st dan blackbelt. In the same year, she realised her dream and started working full time in the fitness industry. Her employer was a small private gym where everyone was responsible for a large range of activities. Here she gained much experience training a wide range of individuals. This furthered her interest and she has taken studies in gym, stability ball, core conditioning, aerobic choreography and YMCA Personal Training course to level 3. She has also completed the CIBT diploma in body massage. Never one to sit on her laurels, she has just completed the Keiser Indoor Cycling diploma. She feels privileged to work with the greater public, enhancing lives and educating people about lifestyle choices. She is unbiast, empathetic and has strong communication skills. Daniella has a keen sense for learning and continually researches exercise, fitness, health studies and trends to obtain the lastest knowledge and training methods to pass on to her clients.
