Now for the scarey bit... You need to see this as an investment, a kind of health assurance. We refuse to charge some of the rates charged by our competitors (yes, Ł80/hr!), but we do need to cover our costs, insurance, etc.

An average hour of personal training or massage comes to Ł30, but if you buy 10 sessions, you receive an 11th free. If you chose to buy 5 sessions at once, we'll take Ł5 off.

Payment policy:
NB: Due to a high number of cancellations in recent weeks, a Ł10 deposit (minimum) is required at any booking which can be redeemed if 48HRS NOTICE is given for any cancellation or postponement. Only true emergencies will be reconsidered. The remainder of the cost of the invoice is to be paid at the beginning of the coaching session. In the case of a free consultation, the deposit may either be refunded at the appointment or transferred to a future booking.

Corporate purchase - Full payment within 30 days of invoicing or an additional 5% surcharge will be added. Cancellation/postponement notice is ONE WEEK or 10% of the total fee will be invoiced.

Details of how to pay will be included on the invoice or can be discussed at booking. Online payment is possible.

Should the worst happen...

PERKI Instructors are first aid trained, have a kit with them at all times and carry the required insurance.

Participation in exercise is at your own risk, but you will be informed of these. Everyone must complete a questionnaire about their current state of health and their lifestyle habits to help debate these risks. If necessary, a doctors note may be required. Your consent to exercise is important, and if at anytime you feel uncomfortable we will modify the exercise. You always have the choice to pull out.

Kickboxing can be a dangerous sport. All participants must buy a license from us, but these are only Ł5.50 for a year. A renewal costs less. Should you injure someone whilst kickboxing, this license is liability insurance covering you.
